HHO Boosters, Do They Really Work?

August 9th, 2011 1 comment

Dualfuelautos.com is all about helping people find alternative ways to save money on the fuel that our cars and trucks use. While we primarily talk about CNG cars, which we are very passionate about, vehicles that run off of HHO are starting to get very popular. After doing a lot of research on the subject, let us tell you what we think about it and if we feel it is a viable option for those that can’t find a CNG car for sale, or if they are wanting a cheaper solution to saving money.

Converting Your Car To Run On Water

While there are several kits out there, the whole idea behind an HHO booster for your car is to use distilled water and to separate the hydrogen molecules from the water to be used in the engine of your vehicle.  Many people think that a hydrogen car means that the car runs off of water and nothing else, but this is simply not the case.  By adding and HHO booster which injects hydrogen into the engine, your vehicle still runs off of gasoline, but the injection of hydrogen into the engine helps to make the fuel consumption of your care much more efficient.  By adding an HHO booster to make your car run off of water, it is basically turning your vehicle into a hybrid.

Is It Viable?

Considering that a CNG kit can cost about $2,000 dollars to be able to install, spending only a few hundred dollars on one of these kits definitely makes converting you vehicle to run off of water a very viable investment of time and money.  Most people who do this to their vehicle save on average about $300 dollars a month on gas.  The only downside to this type of conversion is that you must keep the water reserve full of distilled water in order for this Hybrid technology to work.  If you forget to fill up the reservoir, the kit will not work correctly and you will not save money on gasoline until water is added to the HHO booster.  While there are several kits on the market, we have seen the following kit work very well, not to mention that it is very easy to install.  To learn more click the button below.

Proof This Stuff is Real

No matter how many articles we write about this technology, we always have the doubting Thomas’s that write into us.  For those that aren’t sure about whether or not this technology is real, see for yourself!

Guide On How To Convert Your Vehicle To Run On Water

June 30th, 2011 1 comment

Hydrogen vehicles are starting to gain popularity with the high prices of gasoline.  Hydrogen vehicle technology has been around for several years, but many people still don’t believe it works until they see it with their own eyes.  The though of having your car run off of water seems unbelievable, but many of our readers here have been asking me to promote a product that can teach any person how to convert their vehicle to run off of hydrogen.  To appease the masses, I have decided to post a link on this post for those interested in wanting to convert their vehicle themselves.

The great part about the HHO Booster system is that it shows you how to do a conversion with basic every day tools as well as every day parts.  This is by far the cheapest way to convert your vehicle, and the greatest part is that you can do it yourself!  In fact, you can create your own hydrogen system for under $50 dollars in most locations around the United States!  While the HHO Booster website is definitely made to sell it’s product, the legitimacy of the product is quite astonishing.  Here are a few facts about this program:

  • works on all gas and diesel engines
  • increases your fuel efficiency up to 50%
  • produces much cleaner emissions
  • works with plain tap water
  • save over $200 dollars a month on gas!

While alternative energy is the main focus of this website, primarily CNG, we can’t help but focus on the alternative energy that water can produce through hydrogen.  If you are interested to learn more, or if you want to purchase the guide simply click the button below.

Hydrogen Conversion Kits

August 19th, 2010 No comments

Is it possible to run your car off of water?  This may sound absurd to most people, but the truth of the matter is that YES, you can run your car off of water with the installation of a Hydrogen conversion kit.  Up until recently, it used to be very expensive to get your car converted to run off of hydrogen.

Well now the cost has been greatly reduced as there are several of hydrogen conversion kits for your car that allow your car to run off of water.  There are a few things to watch out for as other people have definitely taken the scam take on tricking people into thinking that they can just put water in their gas tank and their car will work with it.

  1. You car runs off of gasoline and not water at the moment.  Putting water in your gas tank will ruin your car so don’t do it!  You must have a hydrogen conversion kit installed before your car will be able to run on water.  The kit allows the engine to separate the hydrogen from the water so that it can use it as fuel.  Without this separation, the engine will seize and you will lose the functionality of your vehicle.
  2. There is no such thing as a water/gas mixture.  Adding water to your gas will ruin your car so don’t do it!
  3. Hydrogen conversion kits do exist and they work very well.  These kits are expensive, but you have to think about the pros and the cons of having a system like this.

Pros:

The pros are easy to pick out.  The first one is that you can run your car on water!  With that being said, it translates into cheaper fuel costs and definitely will save your wallet.  The next thing is that your engine will run much cleaner meaning that your car will be able to go many more miles before the usual wear and tear brings it to it’s knees.  While a conversion kit may seem expensive to install, think of all the money you will save with a cheap fuel source and a better running engine.  While it may seem expensive now, most people easily pay for their conversion kit based off of their savings within the first 2-3 years of installation.

Cons:

There is the price of the conversion kit, and you must have a vehicle in which you can add a small water tank for the kit to pull water from.  This means that you cannot run your car forever on hydrogen as the tank will be much smaller than your typical gas take.  The car will need gas in it when the water tank runs out, so even though gas costs have been greatly reduced, there will still be some minimum gas costs.

The world of Hydrogen conversion kits are ever evolving and the idea that you can run your car off of water is just such a fantastic idea as water is everywhere and is wasted daily!  We might as well use this resource to help break our country’s dependency from foreign oil.  If you are interested in hydrogen conversion kits, click the links on this post, or search your state regulations concerning hydrogen conversion kits and companies.
